Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returned items must be in brand new condition, unused, unwashed, with no damage or stains, and with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • Customized items, sale items, or certain special categories are generally non-returnable unless there is a quality issue.
  • If your order included a specific discount or promotion, the refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid, not the original price.

2. Return Policy for Customized Products

Due to the personalized nature of customized products, all customized items are generally non-returnable or non-refundable. Here is the detailed return policy for customized products:

  • Quality Issues: If the customized product has quality defects from production, or if it significantly deviates from your customization requirements, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide relevant images or proof. After confirmation, we will offer a return or free replacement.
  • Non-Quality Issues: Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality issues, as they are made specifically for you. Errors due to customization content provided by the customer (e.g., spelling errors, incorrect color choice) are also non-returnable.
  • Personalization Content Review: When placing a customized order, please double-check all personalized details (such as text, color, design). We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer mistakes in customization content.

3. Return Timeframe

  • Customers must apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the product. Orders exceeding this timeframe will not be accepted for return.
  • Please contact our customer service team via email or phone within the return period to submit your return request.

4. Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request:
    Log into your account, find the relevant order in your order history, click "Request Return," and fill in the reason for the return. Alternatively, you can submit a return request via email or phone.

  2. Wait for Confirmation:
    Our customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days and notify you via email or SMS if the return is eligible. If approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and the return address.

  3. Return the Product:
    Place the eligible item, original packaging, and all accessories or gifts in a box and send it back to the return address provided by customer service.

Important Reminders:

  • Gift Return: If the original order included a gift, and the return makes you ineligible for it, the gift must also be returned. Otherwise, the value of the unreturned gift will be deducted from the refund.
  • Gift Packaging: If gift packaging was included in your order, the packaging fee is non-refundable, and the packaging must remain intact.
  • Product Inspection: Upon receiving the return, the product will undergo a quality check. If the product shows signs of use or damage, we may not be able to process the return or refund.

5. Third-Party Service Fees

During the return and refund process, third-party service fees, including fees from payment platforms and shipping providers, may apply as follows:

  • Payment Platform Fees: If the order was paid via a third-party payment platform (e.g., PayPal or credit card), the platform may charge service fees for non-quality-related returns, which are non-refundable.
  • Shipping Costs: For returns due to customer reasons (e.g., non-quality issues), return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and original shipping fees will not be refunded. Additional shipping-related fees (e.g., special packaging, insurance) incurred during the return process are also the customer’s responsibility.
  • COD Orders: If the order was placed with cash on delivery, additional service fees charged by the shipping provider or payment platform are non-refundable.

6. Product Inspection Guidelines

To protect your rights, please follow these steps upon receiving your package:

  • Inspect the Outer Packaging: Before signing for the package, carefully inspect the outer packaging for any visible damage or deformation. If the packaging is noticeably damaged, you have the right to refuse the package and immediately contact customer service.
  • Verify the Product: After signing, please verify the product type, quantity, and accessories upon unboxing. If any item is missing, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt for prompt assistance.
  • Confirmed and Default Acceptance: If you or your designated recipient signs for the package, or if no issues are reported within 24 hours, this will constitute acceptance of the item’s condition, and default acceptance will apply. Any damages or shortages found after this time will not be the responsibility of the seller.

7. Promotions and Discounts

  • If the original order included a coupon, discount code, or other promotion, the refund amount will be calculated based on the actual amount paid.
  • If the return makes the order ineligible for a promotion (such as a discount threshold or bundle discount), the original discount will be canceled, and the corresponding amount will be deducted from the refund.
    • Example: If returning an item causes the order total to fall below a discount threshold, the discount amount will be deducted from the refund.

8. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or show any signs of damage or stains.
  • Items missing original tags, packaging, or other necessary materials.
  • Customized items and promotional sale items (unless there is a quality issue) are non-returnable once sold.
  • Items showing damage or wear caused by customer misuse.

9. Refund Method and Timing

  • PayPal: If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be returned to your PayPal account, usually within 1-2 business days after processing, but the actual arrival time depends on PayPal’s processing speed.
  • Credit Card: If you paid by credit card, the refund will be returned to your card account. Note that bank processing times may vary, usually within 5-10 business days after we process the refund. Some banks may experience delays, so please be patient or contact your card issuer for status.
  • Discounts and Promotions: If the original order included a discount or promotion, the refund amount will be adjusted based on the actual amount paid.

10. Special Notes

  • Order Total and Coupons: If the return affects the order total and makes it ineligible for coupons or discounts, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Returning Gifts: If the order included a gift and the return affects the eligibility for that gift, it must be returned as well. If not returned, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.
